The sardines are fished in Southern Brittany along our Cornouaille coastline, they are seasonal sardines, prepared by hand in our cannery in Concarneau by Jean BUREL and his crew.

The sardines are canned at the JB. Océane in Concarneau:

These sardines, also known as "silver arrows", are carefully processed in the traditional way: brined, gutted, fried in an oil bath and usually covered with extra virgin olive oil.

Exceptional quality product, canned sardines improves with time in a few months or even a few years (ten). You will taste our fabulous artisanal sardines made with tradition and authenticity. Enjoy your meal.
