The recipe for this terrine was created by Jean Burel for the cannery. It combines scallops and the flavours of white wine, with a cream enhanced with herbs and spices. As a starter or as an aperitif on toast, it delights all palates.

Serving suggestion: Serve chilled as an hors d'oeuvre on toast.


Composition White fish meat, scallops 25%, fresh cream, sunflower oil, fish stock, white wine, potato starch, herbs and spices.
