A tasty composition of fresh sardines finely prepared with wakame seaweed, Sardines with Seaweed and Organic Olive Oil of very high quality will delight gourmets who want to consume organic products associated with this excellent fish that is the sardine.

The sardines are placed in the jars upright by hand on a bed of wakame seaweed, the seaweed is added to the top of the sardines to allow the flavour of the wakame seaweed to spread evenly, the sardines are then covered with organic olive oil.
